The company
KILROY is a company specialized in offering products and services tailor made for youth and students. We aim at assisting youth and students in exploring life through travel and education. With more than 60 years of experience, we are market leader within our business areas in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Netherlands and Sweden. In addition we are looking at expanding our products and services to additional markets. 

 

In 2009, the KILROY group had a turnover of DKK 1 billion and 300 employees. The headquarters of the KILROY group is located in central Copenhagen, and supports both our local sales companies as well as customers.  KILROY is a solid and expanding company, and to support our further expansion we are currently looking for 3 new employees.


Ticketing position
We are looking for a new ticketing expert for a permanent position in our central ticketing department, starting as soon as possible. The department supports all our markets with ticketing services and expertise.

 

As it is an important function for the company, we demand high efficiency and good business understanding. The ticketing department consists of 8 full time employees and cooperates closely with ticketing staff in each of our markets. The work consists of:
• Issuing tickets, vouchers and other travel documents
• Quality control, support and assistance to sales staff 
• Optimization of work flows and routines


Online support positions
In our expanding online business, we are looking for two new support staff to start as soon as possible; one permanent and one temporary. The temporary position is initially for a one year period, as a member of our online support team is going on maternity leave, but could be extended depending on work loads and expansion of our online business.

 

The online department currently consists of 5 persons, and is responsible for online sales across all our markets; Denmark, Finland, Norway, Netherlands and Sweden. In addition we are looking into expanding our online business to additional markets. As a member of our online support team you will be working with:
• Answering questions from online customers
• Handling changes, cancellations and other issues related to online bookings
• Date change requests for KILROY ticket customers
• Optimization of work flows and routines


Requirements
For all positions we are looking for candidates:
• with experience from travel agency work, as knowledge of GDS (we use

  Sabre) is essential
• fluent in English and preferably with additional language skills (Nordic or

  other European)
• that are flexible, both in terms of tasks and working hours when the work load

  is high
• wanting to be part of an international team always looking for ways to do

  things even better
